Great stuff! I’m not vegetarian but I know that fishing is really bad and concerns with heavy metals etc. etc. and so I was looking for something that I could replace fish with. I found this as the best fish oil substitute and has some benefits over fish oil too, and also good for the environment. I’ve noticed health improvements since taking this and I know that we’re all supposed to be taking fish oil so I keep on using this instead. Really trust this supplement.
